Homeowners/Residents:  You must contact Waste Management to start your trash service.  If you plan to rent out your home you still must contact Waste Management.
  There is a start-up fee of $25.00.  Waste Management permits suspension of service for vacations and charges a re-start fee of $5.00. 
  Please note that trash fees are not included in either your HOA dues or Pima County taxes.
