Common C.C.& R Violations |
|
|
We have made a
list of common rule violations that are covered in the CC&R’s, By-laws,
Rules and Regulations. If you have a question as to whether or not what you
are going to do is acceptable, ask first!
-
If you own a
home, regardless of whether you live in it or not, these rules apply to
you. You, the owner are responsible for the activities of your renter.
-
If you have a
question, problem, or want to talk to a Board Member, call the office or
use the website to leave a message. Do not call or visit Board Members at
home. Office 648-1699 Website

-
We all know
that you have the best trained dogs in the world. Pima County law requires
you to keep them on a leash.
-
If you are
taking your dog for a walk, let him/her take care of their business before
you leave your own home. This way everyone can enjoy a clean walk and not
have to be on the lookout for strange deposits.
-
Almost all
outdoor ornamentation and decoration needs to be approved by the
Architecture Review Committee. Just because you see something doesn’t mean
you can do it too. Submit your request and wait for approval before you
act. Forms are available on the website.
-
Paint samples
need to be submitted to the ARC prior to you starting work on your home.
This sample should be from an actual can of paint, not a chip. We have
had problems with “paint” not matching the small sample chip.
-
Your driveway
is not a storage lot for your extra vehicle. You can’t put a cover over an
extra car and let it sit all year. Rent storage space.
-
Cactus, weeds,
grass, shrubs, and trees all continue to grow even if you are here only 3
months out of the year. Contract with someone to take care of your home.
-
Barking dogs
should be reported to Animal Control 743-7550. This is your
responsibility. Animal Control will NOT act on complaints from a Board
Member.
-
Too much noise
from your neighbor’s party? You call the police. The police will NOT
respond to a complaint from a Board Member.
-
Be an active
member of the Community. Take a little time and volunteer to help with a
project. “If everyone does a little bit of work, then no one person has to
do a lot.”
-
We try to
answer all the complaints and questions. If you are a chronic complainer
and exaggerate the actual situation, chances are very good that you will
become “the boy/girl who cried wolf” and your messages will be ignored. We
have 440 homes in this community. We do our very best to keep everyone
happy.

you are working in the garage, or in your yard, etc.. You don't want
any critters making a home in your garage (or coming in your house).

Light Bulb Committee will be checking the light bulbs and replacing them
the next day if they are out.
- It is the homeowners responsibility to trim any landscape that
is in front of the house number.
- It is the homeowners responsibility to let the HOA office
know of any change of mailing address.

the sidewalk.
- Address fixtures are to always be illuminated after dark.
The light bulb committee is replacing light bulbs for you.
- Wires from satellite dishes or

- The Architectural Review Committee must approve any exterior changes,
additions of structures, awnings, porch enclosures, screen shades, roll
