| Dear homeowners:
I just want to inform all the homeowners on the
procedures our new grounds and landscaping contractor are
currently following to complete all the work on the common
areas. Several areas have been designated as problematic and
need immediate attention. These areas should be completed in the
next 2-3 weeks. After this point in time, the common areas will
be divided into four quadrants ( approximately 4-5 park areas
per quadrant). The grounds crew will complete each quadrant each
week and cover the entire community once a month. You may not
see the crew working each week, as they may be in an area that
is not in your immediate vicinity. Please be assured that the
crew will complete work in your area at least once a month. A
friendly reminder to All homeowners and their guests with pets,
please pick up after your pets to ensure and maintain a clean
and healthy environment.
On Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 7:00 am - 9:00 am, we will have a
community clean-up of the walking trail near the Wolf Run
entrance to the trail. This area has been over taken by tumble
weeds and we need to address this concern. We also have a few
areas on the trail that need our attention. Please meet at the
trail entrance at 7:00 am with hats, gloves, water, tarps and
tools to deal with the weeds. Thank you for your cooperation and
support as we work together to keep our community safe
and tidy. Jan Hollack

June 26, 2008 |
| Dear Homeowners: We have
currently employed two new grounds and landscaping contractors
who are working throughout our grounds. I would ask and remind
all homeowners to please not make grounds requests to the crew
members while they are present and working on our property. The
owners of these businesses have instructed their employees not
to talk with any residents while engaged in their work on our
property. Specific members of the grounds committee keep in
touch with the crew members and their supervisors on a regular
basis. Should any homeowner have a specific request for grounds
work in any common area, please follow the designated procedure
of filling out a grounds request and submitting this request to
the grounds committee. Your request will be reviewed and a
member of the committee will contact you regarding your request.
Our committee asks for your continued cooperation and support to
ensure a professional working relationship with our contractors
and their crews. Thank you for your attention and cooperation
as we continue the necessary work for our community.
