| 3. | Approval by the Architectural Committee does not constitute approval by the Pima County Building Department. Any building project must be approved by Pima County. |
| 4. | Approval by the Architectural Committee is for one year. All projects must be completed within that time. |

Appeal Process – The decision of the ARC will be submitted to the Homeowner within 30 days of the request. The owner aggrieved by the ARC decision may appeal that decision to the Board of Directors with a written request for Board review within 10 days of receipt. All parties involved will be advised, in writing, of the hearing and will be invited to attend such hearing. | |
