The Springs Homeowners Association (HOA) welcomes you!  We’re delighted you’re visiting our website and are eager to provide you with information about our unique community, Green Valley, and our home here in The Springs.

The Springs is located in beautiful Green Valley, Arizona, and we believe everything you’ve been looking for is right outside our door.  We have a 25-acre park with a one-mile walking trail for the  use of our residents, directly adjacent to the Anza Trail for hiking or biking recreation.  And, there is a grassy shaded park for picnics or other parties with family and friends.

The Santa Rita Social Center, a 30,000 sq. ft. recreation center, is nestled in The Springs and offers a multitude of Green Valley Recreation (GVR) activities.  The center includes a swimming pool and hot tub, fitness center, computer lab, clay studio, camera club, the Santa Rita Art League, and more.  The championship Torres Blancas Golf Course lies directly east of our community.

As a resident, guest, or renter in The Springs, you may enjoy our monthly potluck dinners, winter picnics in Perry Park, organized bicycle riding along the Anza trail, and monthly meet-n-greet afternoon parties.

Green Valley, sometimes called “The Land of New Beginnings,” is located 25 miles south of Tucson and approximately 35 miles north of Nogales on I-19.   It began in the 1960’s as an affordable retirement destination for seniors, and today much of Green Valley remains age-restricted (55 and over).  We are an unincorporated community run by many volunteer groups with the cooperation of Pima County officials.   Directly to our east is a verdant grove of pecan trees and the spectacular Santa Rita Mountains.   We live close to the Titan Missile Museum, Tubac Arts Center, and Madera Canyon, a must visit for birders and hikers.
